दक्षिणतो रोहिण्यास्चरन्महीजो अर्घवृष्टिनिग्रहकृत् । धूमायन्सशिखो वा विनिहन्यात्पारियात्रस्थान् ॥ ६-१० ॥

If Mars should pass to the south of the constellation of Rohiṇī, rulers will suffer, prices will rise and there will be little rain; if Mars should appear enveloped in smoke or with a pointed flame, the people of Pāriyātra will perish.

english translation

dakSiNato rohiNyAscaranmahIjo arghavRSTinigrahakRt । dhUmAyansazikho vA vinihanyAtpAriyAtrasthAn ॥ 6-10 ॥
