ये च न दोषान्जनयन्त्युत्पातास्तानृतुस्वभावकृतान् । ऋषिपुत्रकृतैः श्लोकैर्विद्यादेतैः समासौक्तैः ॥ ४६-८२ ॥
If after the occurrence of a portentous phenomenon, either the king should die or the country should suffer miseries, or if a comet should appear, or a solar or lunar eclipse should occur, or if the phenomenon is one due to the particular season, the evils described for such phenomenon would not come to pass.
