पूर्वौद्भूताः पश्चादपरोत्थाः प्राग्भवन्ति जीमूताः । शेषास्वपि दिक्ष्वेवं विपर्ययो भवति वायोश्च ॥ २१-१३ ॥

Clouds that conceive in the east will be delivered in the west and clouds that conceive in the west will be delivered in the east. The same rule holds with regard to the other directions and also with respect to the winds that appear both at the times of conception and delivery.

english translation

pUrvaudbhUtAH pazcAdaparotthAH prAgbhavanti jImUtAH । zeSAsvapi dikSvevaM viparyayo bhavati vAyozca ॥ 21-13 ॥
