ह्लादिमृदुउदक्शिवशक्रदिग्भवो मारुतो वियद्विमलम् । स्निग्धसितबहुलपरिवेषपरिवृतौ हिम मयखार्कौ ॥ २१-१४ ॥
When the wind blows gently, pleasantly, and auspiciously from the northern and eastern directions, the sky becomes clear and pure; the sun and the moon are then surrounded by smooth, bright, and dense halos, and the cold is gentle and agreeable.
