फाल्गुनशुक्लसमुत्था भाद्रपदस्यासिते विनिर्देश्याः । तस्यैव कृष्णपक्षौद्भवास्तु ये ते अश्वयुक्शुक्ले ॥ २१-११ ॥
Clouds that conceive in the bright half of Phālguna (February and March) will be delivered of rain in the dark half of Bhādrapada and those that conceive in the dark half of Phālguna will be delivered in the bright half of Aśvayuja (September and October).

phAlgunazuklasamutthA bhAdrapadasyAsite vinirdezyAH । tasyaiva kRSNapakSaudbhavAstu ye te azvayukzukle ॥ 21-11 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptचैत्रसितपक्षजाताः कृष्णे अश्वयुजस्य वारिदा गर्भाः । चैत्रासितसम्भूताः कार्तिकशुक्ले अभिवर्षन्ति ॥ २१-१२ ॥
Clouds that conceive in the bright half of Caitra (March and April) will be delivered of rain in the dark half of Aśvayuja and those that conceive in the dark half of Caitra will be delivered in the bright half of Kārttika (October and November).
english translation
caitrasitapakSajAtAH kRSNe azvayujasya vAridA garbhAH । caitrAsitasambhUtAH kArtikazukle abhivarSanti ॥ 21-12 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptपूर्वौद्भूताः पश्चादपरोत्थाः प्राग्भवन्ति जीमूताः । शेषास्वपि दिक्ष्वेवं विपर्ययो भवति वायोश्च ॥ २१-१३ ॥
Clouds that conceive in the east will be delivered in the west and clouds that conceive in the west will be delivered in the east. The same rule holds with regard to the other directions and also with respect to the winds that appear both at the times of conception and delivery.

pUrvaudbhUtAH pazcAdaparotthAH prAgbhavanti jImUtAH । zeSAsvapi dikSvevaM viparyayo bhavati vAyozca ॥ 21-13 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptह्लादिमृदुउदक्शिवशक्रदिग्भवो मारुतो वियद्विमलम् । स्निग्धसितबहुलपरिवेषपरिवृतौ हिम मयखार्कौ ॥ २१-१४ ॥
When the wind blows gently, pleasantly, and auspiciously from the northern and eastern directions, the sky becomes clear and pure; the sun and the moon are then surrounded by smooth, bright, and dense halos, and the cold is gentle and agreeable.

hlAdimRduudakzivazakradigbhavo mAruto viyadvimalam । snigdhasitabahulapariveSaparivRtau hima mayakhArkau ॥ 21-14 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptपृथुबहुलस्निग्धघनं घनसूचीक्षुरकलोहिताभ्रयुतम् । काकाण्डमेचकऽभं वियद्विशुद्धैन्दुनक्षत्रम् ॥ २१-१५ ॥
The sky is vast, thick, smooth, and dense, filled with dark needle-like clouds, sugarcane-blue and reddish masses; it appears crow-egg dark in color, yet the heavens are pure, with the moon and stars clearly visible.
