धर्मे स्थिता भृगुदिवाकरभूमिपुत्रा जीवश्च धर्मनिरतां शशिजस्त्वरोगाम् । राहुश्च सूर्यतनयश्च करोति बन्ध्यां कन्याप्रसूतिं अटनां कुरुते शशाङ्कः ॥ १०३-०९ ॥
If at the time of Marriage the 9th house from the ascendant be occupied by Venus, the Sun, Mars or Jupiter, the woman will be charitable; if it be occupied by Mercury she will be free from diseases; if by Rāhu or Saturn she will be barren; and if by the Moon, she will bear daughters and will be of a wandering nature.
