वववालवकौलव तैतिलऽख्यगरवणिजविष्टिसंज्ञानाम् । पतयः स्युरिन्द्रकमलजमित्रार्यमभूश्रियः सयमाः ॥ १००-०१ ॥
They are known as Vavavalavakaulava, Taitila, Gara, Vanija and Vishti. Their husbands will be Indra, Kamala, Jamitra, Arya, Bhūśrī and Sama.

vavavAlavakaulava taitila'khyagaravaNijaviSTisaMjJAnAm । patayaH syurindrakamalajamitrAryamabhUzriyaH sayamAH ॥ 100-01 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptकृष्णचतुर्दश्यर्धाद्धुवाणि शकुनिश्चतुष्पदं नागम् । किंस्तुघ्नं इति च तेषां कलिवृषफणिमारुताः पतयः ॥ १००-०२ ॥
The fourteenth and half of the black moon is the bird, and the four-legged snake is the moon. Their masters are the Kali-yuga, Vṛṣa, Phaṇi and Maruta.

In the name of Vālava one should perform auspicious rituals that are stable and nourishing and that are free from religious activities. In the Kaulava dynasty there will be pleasure, pleasure, friendship and shelter, and in the Taitila dynasty

kuryAdvave zubhacarasthirapauSTikAni dharmakriyAdvijahitAni ca vAlava Akhye । samprItimitravaraNAni ca kaulave syuH saubhAgyasaMzrayagRhANi ca taitila'khye ॥ 100-03 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptकृषिबीजगृहऽश्रयजानि गरे वणिजि धुव कार्यवणिग्युतयः । न हि विष्टिकृतं विदधाति शुभं परघातविषऽदिषु सिद्धिकरम् ॥ १००-०४ ॥
Agriculture, seeds, houses, shelters, gardens, traders, laundry, work, merchants, etc. It is not auspicious to kill others by killing them, poisoning them or anything else.

kRSibIjagRha'zrayajAni gare vaNiji dhuva kAryavaNigyutayaH । na hi viSTikRtaM vidadhAti zubhaM paraghAtaviSa'diSu siddhikaram ॥ 100-04 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptकार्यं पौष्टिकं औषधादि शकुनौ मूलानि मन्त्रास्तथा गोकार्याणि चतुष्पदे द्विजपितृनुद्दिश्य राज्यानि च । नागे स्थावरदारुणानि हरणं दौर्भाग्यकर्माण्यतः किंस्तुघ्ने शुभं इष्टि पुष्टिकरणं मङ्गल्यसिद्धिक्रियाः ॥ १००-०५ ॥
The work is nourishing, medicinal and other things, the roots of the birds, the mantras, the work of the cows, the four-legged, the brāhmaṇas and the fathers of the kingdoms. O snake, stealing anything that is movable and dangerous is unfortunate. What is the use of killing a snake?

kAryaM pauSTikaM auSadhAdi zakunau mUlAni mantrAstathA gokAryANi catuSpade dvijapitRnuddizya rAjyAni ca । nAge sthAvaradAruNAni haraNaM daurbhAgyakarmANyataH kiMstughne zubhaM iSTi puSTikaraNaM maGgalyasiddhikriyAH ॥ 100-05 ॥
