कमलजविधातृहरियमशशाङ्कषड्वक्त्रशक्रवसुभुजगाः । धर्मईशसवितृमन्मथकलयो विश्वे च तिथिपतयः ॥ ९९-०१ ॥
They are the creator of the lotus, the green moon, the six-faced Indra, the Vasu and the serpents. Dharma, Isha, Savitri, Manmatha, Kalaya and the lords of the dates in the universe.
english translation
kamalajavidhAtRhariyamazazAGkaSaDvaktrazakravasubhujagAH । dharmaIzasavitRmanmathakalayo vizve ca tithipatayaH ॥ 99-01 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptपितरो अमावस्यायां संज्ञासदृशाश्च तैः क्रियाः कार्याः । नन्दा भद्रा विजया रिक्ता पूर्णा च तास्त्रिविधाः ॥ ९९-०२ ॥
The forefathers should perform rituals similar to those performed on the new moon day The three modes of nature are Nanda, Bhadra, Vijaya, Rikta and Pūrṇa.
english translation
pitaro amAvasyAyAM saMjJAsadRzAzca taiH kriyAH kAryAH । nandA bhadrA vijayA riktA pUrNA ca tAstrividhAH ॥ 99-02 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptयत्कार्यं नक्षत्रे तद्दैवत्यासु तिथिषु तत्कार्यम् । करणमुहूर्तेष्वपि तत्सिद्धिकरं देवतासदृशम् ॥ ९९-०३ ॥
Whatever work is done in the constellation is done on the dates of the demigods. Even in the moments of doing so, it is like a deity that achieves perfection.

yatkAryaM nakSatre taddaivatyAsu tithiSu tatkAryam । karaNamuhUrteSvapi tatsiddhikaraM devatAsadRzam ॥ 99-03 ॥
