कृष्णचतुर्दश्यर्धाद्धुवाणि शकुनिश्चतुष्पदं नागम् । किंस्तुघ्नं इति च तेषां कलिवृषफणिमारुताः पतयः ॥ १००-०२ ॥
The fourteenth and half of the black moon is the bird, and the four-legged snake is the moon. Their masters are the Kali-yuga, Vṛṣa, Phaṇi and Maruta.
