यस्माच्चतुर्थः क्रूरः स्याद्भूगृहक्षेत्रनाशनम् । पशुहानिस्तत्र भौमे गृहदाहः प्रमादकृत् ॥ ६२॥

There will be destruction of house, land and agricultural fields, if there is a malefic, or debilitated Grah in the 4th from the Rāśi. There will be loss of house, due to negligence, if such a Grah is Mangal.
