तस्मात्षष्ठाष्टमे क्रूरनीचखेटादयः स्थिताः । रोगशत्रुनृपालेभ्यो मुहुः पीडा सुदुःसहा ॥ ६१॥
There will be danger from enemies, from the king and disease in the Dasha of the Rāśi, which is so posited, that the 6th and the 8th from it are occupied by malefic, debilitated, or combust Grahas.
english translation
tasmAtSaSThASTame krUranIcakheTAdayaH sthitAH । rogazatrunRpAlebhyo muhuH pIDA suduHsahA ॥ 61॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptयस्माच्चतुर्थः क्रूरः स्याद्भूगृहक्षेत्रनाशनम् । पशुहानिस्तत्र भौमे गृहदाहः प्रमादकृत् ॥ ६२॥
There will be destruction of house, land and agricultural fields, if there is a malefic, or debilitated Grah in the 4th from the Rāśi. There will be loss of house, due to negligence, if such a Grah is Mangal.

yasmAccaturthaH krUraH syAdbhUgRhakSetranAzanam । pazuhAnistatra bhaume gRhadAhaH pramAdakRt ॥ 62॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptशनौ हृदयशूलं स्यात्सूर्ये राजप्रकोपनम् । सर्वस्वहरणं राहौ विषचौरादिजं भयम् ॥ ६३॥
There will be heart pain and danger from government, if the Grah is Śani and there will be losses all round and danger from poison and thieves, if the Grah is Rahu.
english translation
zanau hRdayazUlaM syAtsUrye rAjaprakopanam । sarvasvaharaNaM rAhau viSacaurAdijaM bhayam ॥ 63॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptयस्माद् दशमभे राहुः पुण्यतीर्थाटनं भवेत् । यस्मात्कर्मायभाग्यर्क्षगतः शोभनखेचराः ॥ ६४॥
There will be pilgrimage to holy places in the Dasha of the Rāśi, who has Rahu in the 10th to it. There will be gain of earnings, religious rites, gain of wealth, renown for good deeds and success in efforts and ventures in the Dasha of the Rāśi, which is so posited, that the 10th, the 11th and the 9 th from it are occupied by benefics.

yasmAd dazamabhe rAhuH puNyatIrthATanaM bhavet । yasmAtkarmAyabhAgyarkSagataH zobhanakhecarAH ॥ 64॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptविद्यार्थधर्मसत्कर्मख्यातिपौरुषसिद्धयः । यतः पञ्चमकामारिगताः स्वोच्चशुभग्रहाः ॥ ६५॥
here will be birth of children, happiness from wife and recognition by the Government in the Dasha of the Rāśi, from which the 5th, the 7th and the 9th are occupied by benefic, or exalted Grahas.

vidyArthadharmasatkarmakhyAtipauruSasiddhayaH । yataH paJcamakAmArigatAH svoccazubhagrahAH ॥ 65॥
