एवं त्रिकोणनाथानां केन्द्रस्थानां दशाः शुभाः । तथा कोणस्थितानां च केन्द्रेशानां दशाः शुभाः ॥ १२॥

In this manner, the operating periods (Dashas) of the lords of the trine houses (Trikona) when situated in angular houses (Kendra) are auspicious (Shubha). Likewise, the periods of the lords of angular houses (Kendra) when situated in trine houses (Kona) are also auspicious (Shubha).

evaM trikoNanAthAnAM kendrasthAnAM dazAH zubhAH । tathA koNasthitAnAM ca kendrezAnAM dazAH zubhAH ॥ 12॥
