सुखेशसहितस्यापि धर्मेशस्य दशा शुभा । पञ्चमस्थानगस्यापि मानेशस्य दशाशुभा ॥ ११॥
The planetary period (Dasha) of the lord of the 9th house (Dharmesha), when associated with the lord of the 4th house (Sukhesha), brings good fortune (Shubha). Similarly, the period of the lord of the 10th house (Manesha), even when situated in the 5th house (Panchama Sthana), brings auspicious results (Auspicious Dasha).

एवं त्रिकोणनाथानां केन्द्रस्थानां दशाः शुभाः । तथा कोणस्थितानां च केन्द्रेशानां दशाः शुभाः ॥ १२॥
In this manner, the operating periods (Dashas) of the lords of the trine houses (Trikona) when situated in angular houses (Kendra) are auspicious (Shubha). Likewise, the periods of the lords of angular houses (Kendra) when situated in trine houses (Kona) are also auspicious (Shubha).

केन्द्रेशः कोणभावस्थः कोणेशः केन्द्रगो यदि । तयोर्दशां शुभां प्राहुर्ज्योतिःशास्त्रविदो जनाः ॥ १३॥
If the lord of an angular house (Kendresha) is situated in a trine house (Kona), and the lord of a trine house (Konesha) is situated in an angular house (Kendra), The learned scholars of astrology (Jyotish) declare the operating periods (Dashas) of both these planets to be highly auspicious (Shubha).

षष्ठाष्टमव्ययाधीशा अपि कोणेशसंयुता । तेषां दशाऽपि शुभदा कथिता कालकोविदैः ॥ १४॥
The Dasha of Ari‟s, Randhr‟s, or Vyaya‟s Lord also becomes favourable, if they get associated with the Lord of a Trikon.

कोणेशो यदि केम्द्रस्थः केन्द्रेशो यदि कोणगः । ताभ्यां युक्तस्य खेटस्य दृष्टियुक्तस्य चैतयोः ॥ १५॥
If the Lord of a Kendr is in a Trikon, or the Lord of a Trikon is in a Kendr, the Dasha of the Grah, yuti with either of them, becomes favourable. The Dasha of a Grah, receiving a Drishti from the Lord of a Kendr, or Trikon is also favourable.
