एवं क्रमेण बोद्धव्यं सर्वभावेषु पण्डितैः । बलाऽबलविचारेण वक्तव्यः फलनिर्णयः ॥ १९॥

The learned should estimate the effects, due to a Bhava, in the manner, cited above, after ascertaining the strength and weakness.

evaM krameNa boddhavyaM sarvabhAveSu paNDitaiH । balA'balavicAreNa vaktavyaH phalanirNayaH ॥ 19॥
