सत्यपि स्वेन सम्बन्धे न हन्ति शुभभुक्तिषु । हन्ति सत्यप्यसम्बन्धे मारकः पापभुक्तिषु ॥ ८॥

Even though a connection exists with one's own [planetary period], it does not kill during auspicious enjoyments; but during the enjoyment of sinful [periods], the killer destroys even in the absence of a connection.
