स्वोच्चांशे स्वोच्चसंस्थे वा तुङ्गदृष्टिवशात् तथा । भवन्ति बहवो दारा रूपलक्षणसंयुताः ॥ ९॥

If there is a Grah in the 2nd from Upa Pad in its debilitation Rāśi, or debilitation Ańś, or is yuti with a debilitated, or malefic Grah, there will be destruction of wife.
