उपारूढात् पदाद् वापि धनस्थे शुभखेचरे । सर्वद्रव्याधिपो धीमाञ्जायते द्विजसत्तम ॥ ४०॥

O excellent of the Brahmins, if benefics occupy the 2nd from Upa Pad, or from Lagn Pad, the native will be endowed with all kinds of wealth and be intelligent.
