उपारूढपतिः स्वोच्चे स्थिरस्त्रीकारकोऽथ वा । सुकुलाद् दारलाभः स्यान्नीचस्थे तु विपर्ययात् ॥ १४॥

If the Lord of Upa Pad, or the constant significator of wife is in exaltation, the wife will be from a noble family.
