यस्य जन्मनि योगोऽयं स नरो द्विजसत्तम । उत्तरायुषि निर्दारो भवत्येव न संशयः ॥ १२॥

O excellent of the Brahmins, if the Upa Pad, or the 2nd therefrom be occupied by its own Lord, or, if the said Lord is in his other own Bhava, the death of wife will be at advanced age.
