हर्षणाश्वासनोत्त्रासभयताडनतर्जनम् । अभ्यङ्गोद्वर्तनालेपधूपान् पानं च सर्पिषः ॥ २१ ॥

सिद्धं समूत्रमुन्मादभूतापस्मारनुत्परम् । द्वौ प्रस्थौ स्वरसाद्ब्राह्म्या घृतप्रस्थं च साधितम् ॥ २३ ॥

cooked in one adhaka (3.072 kg) of ghee along with cow's urine, is an excellent remedy to cure insanity (unmada), affliction by evil spirits (bhuta), and epilepsy (apasmara).
