बालवृद्धक्षतक्षीणकृशानामङ्गवर्धनः । मेधां स्मृतिं कान्तिमनामयत्वमायुःप्रकर्षं पवनानुलोम्यम् । स्त्रीषु प्रहर्षं बलमिन्द्रियाणामग्नेश्च कुर्याद्विधिनोपयुक्तः॥४१॥
It helps the growth of the body of the children, the aged, the wounded and emaciated. It bestows great intelligence, memory, complexion, healthy state, and longlife, downward movement (normal) of Pavana (Vata), sense organs and digestive fire, desire for women (sex), strength of the body, if used in the proper manner.

hk transliteration by Sanscriptमण्डूकपर्ण्याः स्वरसं यथाग्नि क्षीरेण यष्टीमधुकस्य चूर्णम् । रसं गुडूच्यास्सहमूलपुष्प्याः कल्कं प्रयुञ्जीत च शङ्खपुष्प्याः ॥ ४४ ॥
resh juice of Centella asiatica or powder of Glyccrhiza glabra should be administered along with milk,considering his digestive fire; similarly fresh juice of guḍūci – Tinospora cordifolia mixed with paste of śaṅkhapuṣpi – Convolvulus pluricaulis with its roots and flowers should be given.

These recipes give long life, cures diseases, improves the strength, digestive power, color and complexion, voice and intelligence, acts as rejuvinators; śaṅkhapuṣpī – Convolvulus pluricaulis is medhya (improves intelligence) especially.
