तद्घृतकुम्भे भूमौ निधाय षण्माससंस्थमुद्धृत्य । प्राह्णे प्राश्य यथानलमुचिताहारो भवेत्सततम् ॥ २६ ॥

A pot smeared inside with ghee, should be filled with it and the mouth of the pot is sealed; pot is buried in the ground for six months. Afterwards, it is taken out and consumed daily in the morning, depending on the strength of his digestive fire and suitable foods only partaken always.

tadghRtakumbhe bhUmau nidhAya SaNmAsasaMsthamuddhRtya । prAhNe prAzya yathAnalamucitAhAro bhavetsatatam ॥ 26 ॥
