उक्तानि शक्यानि फलान्वितानि युगानुरूपाणि रसायनानि । महानुशंसान्यपि चापराणि प्राप्त्यादिकष्टानि न कीर्तितानि ॥ १७७ ॥

Only those rejuvinatory recipes which are easily available, which bestows benefits and suitable to the age (period of the author) and are of great comfort (advantage), were described so far and not others, though yielding great benefit and are difficult to procure.

uktAni zakyAni phalAnvitAni yugAnurUpANi rasAyanAni । mahAnuzaMsAnyapi cAparANi prAptyAdikaSTAni na kIrtitAni ॥ 177 ॥
