hk transliteration by Sanscriptस्रोतोद्वारमसिद्धौ तु विद्वान् शस्त्रेण पाटयेत् । सेवनीं वर्जयन् युञ्ज्यात्सद्यःक्षतविधिं ततः ॥ १९ ॥
If by this method the passage does not get formed (dilated), then the physician should make the opening with the knife, avoiding the site of the Sevani (raphae) and then adopt the treatment of fresh wounds.

hk transliteration by Sanscriptग्रन्थितं स्वेदितं नाड्या स्निग्धोष्णैरुपनाहयेत् । लिम्पेत्कषायैः सक्षौद्रैर्लिखित्वा शतपोनकम् ॥ २० ॥
Granthita should be exposed to steam through pipes and unctuous warm poultice applied over. Shataponaka should be scrapped well and powder of herbs of astringent taste added with honey applied on.
