तेऽर्शांस्युपेक्षया घ्नन्ति मेढ्रपुंस्त्वं भगार्तवं । गुह्यस्य बहिरन्तर्वा पिटिकाः कफरक्तजाः ॥ ११ ॥

These are called Arshas, when neglected (Medhrarshas) causes loss of penis and masculine potency; (and yonyarasas) causes loss of female genitals and menstruation. Eruptions developing either inside or outside the genitals (penis and vagina), caused by Kapha and rakta (blood)
