वातोऽस्रमस्रुतं दुष्टं संशोष्य ग्रथितं व्रणम् । कुर्यात्सदाहः कण्डूमान् व्रणग्रन्थिरयं स्मृतः ॥ १३ ॥

then Vata dries up the vitiated blood which has not gone out, causes a granthi in the ulcer associated with burning sensation and itching. This is known as Vrana Granthi.
