उन्नम्यमानं क्षतवद्यच्च मज्जनि मज्जति । तद्दुःसाध्यं कृशाशक्तवातलाल्पाशिनामपि ॥ ६ ॥

that condition in which the fractured portion is raised similar to an injury, makes it sink into the marrow all these kinds are difficult to cure; so also those found in persons who are emaciated, debilitated, having predominance of Vata in their body and who consume very little food.
