कार्या शल्याहृते विद्धे भङ्गाद्विदलिते क्रिया । शिरसोऽपहृते शल्ये वालवर्तिं प्रवेशयेत् ॥ २८ ॥

In Viddha kind of wound, from which the foreign body has been removed, the treatments prescribed for vidalita wound, should be done. After removing the foreign body from the head (scalp), a wick of hair should be inserted into that holes,

kAryA zalyAhRte viddhe bhaGgAdvidalite kriyA । ziraso'pahRte zalye vAlavartiM pravezayet ॥ 28 ॥
