पादौ विलम्बिमुष्कस्य प्रोक्ष्य नेत्रे च वारिणा । प्रवेश्य वृषणौ सीव्येत्सेवन्या तुन्नसञ्ज्ञया ॥ २४ ॥
If in a person the scrotum is found hanging loose and the testes have come out (as a result of injury), the feet and eyes of such a person should be sprinkled with water, the testes pushed into the scrotum and sutured using a needle called tunnasevani (vesicorectal raphae);
