पूयगर्भानणुद्वारान् सोत्सङ्गान् मर्मगानपि । निःस्नेहैः पीडनद्रव्यैः समन्तात्प्रतिपीडयेत् ॥ ३८ ॥

The swelling which is full of pus, has a narrow mouth, bulged up and located on a vital spot should be continuously squeezed with herbs of such action without the addition of fats.

pUyagarbhAnaNudvArAn sotsaGgAn marmagAnapi । niHsnehaiH pIDanadravyaiH samantAtpratipIDayet ॥ 38 ॥
