महास्नेहेन वातौष्ठे सिद्धेनाक्तः पिचुर्हितः । देवधूपमधूच्छिष्टगुग्गुल्वमरदारुभिः ॥ ३ ॥
In Oshtakopa caused by Vata, a cotton swab soaked in Mahasneha (mixture of four fats) cooked with devadhūpa (Shorea robusta), bee’s wax, guggulu (Commiphora mukul), and amaradāru (Cedrus deodara) should be kept on the lips.
