बालो लिह्याद्घृतं तैर्वा विपक्वं ससितोपलम् । पित्तदुष्टेऽमृताभीरुपटोलीनिम्बचन्दनम् ॥ १३ ॥

If the breast milk is vitiated by Pitta, then the decoction of amṛtā (Tinospora cordifolia), abhīru (Asparagus racemosus), paṭolī (Trichosanthes dioica), nimba (Azadirachta indica), and candanam (Santalum album) should be administered.
