छिन्द्याद्रूढेऽधिकं मांसं नासोपान्ताच्च चर्म तत् । सीव्येत्ततश्च सुश्लक्ष्णं हीनं संवर्धयेत्पुनः ॥ ६५ ॥

any extra growth of muscle should be cut off, the skin (of the cheek) nearer to the flap (grafted on the nose) which is smooth and not grown properly, should be cut and the site sutured, afterwards it should be cut again and made to grow.

chindyAdrUDhe'dhikaM mAMsaM nAsopAntAcca carma tat । sIvyettatazca suzlakSNaM hInaM saMvardhayetpunaH ॥ 65 ॥
