तत्स्रुतं सघृतं भूयः पचेत्क्षौद्रं घने क्षिपेत् । शीते चास्मिन् हितमिदं सर्वजे तिमिरेऽञ्जनम् ॥ ७८ ॥

When it attains thick consistence, it is taken out of the oven and allowed for cooling, to this honey is mixed. This when used as an eye-salve is beneficial in Timira caused by all the doshas together.
