अजकां पार्श्वतो विद्ध्वा सूच्या विस्राव्य चोदकम् । समं प्रपीड्याङ्गुष्ठेन वसार्द्रेणानु पूरयेत् ॥५५॥
Ajaka should be pricked from the sides, by the needle, the watery fluid inside is squeezed out by kneading evenly with the thumb and moist cloth, then the ulcer should be filled
