शीलयेन्मन्दनिद्रस्तु क्षीरमद्यरसान् दधि। अभ्यङ्गोद्वर्तनस्नानमूर्धकर्णाक्षितर्पणम्॥६६॥
Those suffering from very little sleep (or no sleep at all), should indulge in the use of milk, wine, meat soup and curds (as food), oil massage and mild squeezing (of the body), bath, anointing the head, ears and eyes with nourishing oils,
