शरीरधातुसामान्यादनभिष्यन्दि बृंहण्म्। विपरीतमतो ज्ञेयमाविकं बृंहणं तु तत् ॥६४॥

It is nourishing, causes weight gain. Avi (meat of sheep) is opposite in nature with that of goat and causes weight gain.
