निर्भुज्य पिचुनाऽऽच्छाद्य कृष्णभागं विनिक्षिपेत्। पद्मपत्रतनुः क्षारलेपो, घ्राणार्बुदेषु च॥२९॥

In diseases of the eyelids, the lids are to be everted, the black area should be covered with cotton swab (and protected and then), the alkali should be applied as thin as the thickness of a lotus petal (to the interior of the eyelids).

english translation

nirbhujya picunA''cchAdya kRSNabhAgaM vinikSipet। padmapatratanuH kSAralepo, ghrANArbudeSu ca॥29॥
