ससितं माहिषं क्षीरं चन्द्रनक्षत्रशीतलम् । अभ्रङ्कषमहाशालतालरुद्धोष्णरश्मिषु॥ ३३ ॥

Milk-giving at night - method - Drink buffalo milk mixed with sugar candy and cooled by the moon and stars. Humans suffering from the sun during the afternoon should drink from tall Shaal, Tal, Tamal trees touching the sky where the rays of the sun are hidden.

english translation

रात्रि में दुग्धपान - विधि - चन्द्रमा तथा तारों द्वारा शीतल किया गया और मिश्री मिले हुए भैंस के दूध को पीये I दोपहर के समय धूप में पीड़ित मानव आकाश को छूने वाले अर्थात् बहुत ऊँचे बड़े-बड़े शाल, ताल, तमाल वृक्षों से जहाँ सूर्य की किरणें छिप गयी हों I
