Astanga Hrudaya
स्निग्धस्विन्नोत्तमाङ्गस्य प्राक्कृतावश्यकस्य च। निवातशयनस्थस्य जत्रूर्ध्वं स्वेदयेत् पुनः॥१७॥
Nasya Vidhi – procedure of medication :- The head of the person who has attended to this essential activities – elimination of urine and faeces, washing of the teeth and mouth etc. earlier, should be massaged with oil and given fomentation (mild sweating).

snigdhasvinnottamAGgasya prAkkRtAvazyakasya ca। nivAtazayanasthasya jatrUrdhvaM svedayet punaH॥17॥
