यथास्वं प्रतिरोगं च स्नेहव्यापदि साधनम्। विरूक्षणे लङ्घनवत्कृतातिकृतलक्षणम्॥३५॥

foods, drugs etc. prescribed, or each disease are the methods of treating the diseases due to improper Snehana therapy. Virukshana – therapy to cause dryness :- The features of proper and excess Viruksana – dryness are the same as those of proper and excess of Langhana – methods of making the body thin.

yathAsvaM pratirogaM ca snehavyApadi sAdhanam। virUkSaNe laGghanavatkRtAtikRtalakSaNam॥35॥
