धारयेदौषधैर्दोषान् विधृतास्ते हि रोगदाः। प्रवृत्तान् प्रागतो दोषानुपेक्षेत हिताशिनः॥३२॥

vomiting and purging respectively should not be stopped by medicines, for they produce diseases, if they are stopped. Such Doshas which are going out should be ignored in the early stage and the patient should be given suitable foods- light food;

english translation

dhArayedauSadhairdoSAn vidhRtAste hi rogadAH। pravRttAn prAgato doSAnupekSeta hitAzinaH॥32॥
