ष्ठीवनक्षवथूद्गारनिःश्वासान्नप्रवेशकृत्। उरः स्थानमुदानस्य नासानाभिगलांश्चरेत्॥५॥

It is the cause for expectoration, sneezing, belching, inspiration and swallowing of food. Udana Vata –The chest is the seat of Udana, it moves in the nose, umbilicus and throat;
