Astanga Hrudaya
पित्तं याति चयं कोपं न तु कालस्य शैत्यतः। चीयते स्निग्धशीताभिरुदकौषधिभिः कफः॥२७॥
Similarly, Pitta undergoes chaya in rainy season, because of production of Amla viplaka (sour taste at the end of digestion) of water and foods. But it does not undergo further increase in rainy season, because of coldness.
english translation
pittaM yAti cayaM kopaM na tu kAlasya zaityataH। cIyate snigdhazItAbhirudakauSadhibhiH kaphaH॥27॥
