अस्थ्न्यस्थितोदः शदनं दन्तकेशनखादिषु। अस्थ्नां मज्जनि सौषिर्यं भ्रमस्तिमिरदर्शनम्॥१९॥

Decrease of Asthi causes pain in the joints, falling off of the teeth, hairs, nails etc. Decrease of Majja causes hollowness (of the bones inside) giddiness and seeing of darkness

english translation

asthnyasthitodaH zadanaM dantakezanakhAdiSu। asthnAM majjani sauSiryaM bhramastimiradarzanam॥19॥
