दधिमण्डसुरामण्डधात्रीफलरसैः पृथक् । सौवीरकेण वा युक्तं कल्केन त्रैवृतेन वा ॥ ३६ ॥
blended separately with either dadhi-maṇḍa (whey), surā-maṇḍa (scum of wine), or dhātrīphala-rasa (juice of Emblica officinalis); or it may be mixed with sauvīraka (fermented sour barley gruel) along with the paste (kalka) of traivṛta (Operculina turpethum).

hk transliteration by Sanscriptदन्तीकषाये तन्मज्ज्ञो गुडं जीर्णं च निक्षिपेत् । तमरिष्टं स्थितं मासं पाययेत्पक्षमेव वा ॥ ३७ ॥
Cassia fistula’s marrow is put into dantī – the decoction of Baliospermum montanum, along with old treacle / jaggery and allowed to ferment, for a month or a fortnight. This fermented decoction may be given to drink.

hk transliteration by Sanscriptत्वचं तिल्वकमूलस्य त्यक्त्वाऽऽभ्यन्तरवल्कलम् । विशोष्य चूर्णयित्वा च द्वौ भागौ गालयेत् ततः ॥ ३८ ॥
The outer bark of the root of tilvaka (Symplocos racemosa) is collected, discarding its innermost woody sheath. It is then dried and ground into a fine powder, which is divided into three parts; two parts of this powder are strained and processed with the decoction of lodhra (tilvaka) itself.

tvacaM tilvakamUlasya tyaktvA''bhyantaravalkalam । vizoSya cUrNayitvA ca dvau bhAgau gAlayet tataH ॥ 38 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptलोध्रस्यैव कषायेण तृतीयं तेन भावयेत् । कषाये दशमूलस्य तं भागं भावितं पुनः ॥ ३९ ॥
The third part of the powder is then soaked (levigated/macerated) in that same decoction of lodhra. Following this, that combined portion is repeatedly processed and soaked in the decoction of Daśamūla (the ten roots).

lodhrasyaiva kaSAyeNa tRtIyaM tena bhAvayet । kaSAye dazamUlasya taM bhAgaM bhAvitaM punaH ॥ 39 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptशुष्कं चूर्णं पुनः कृत्वा ततः पाणितलं पिबेत् । मस्तुमूत्रसुरामण्डकोलधात्रीफलाम्बुभिः ॥ ४० ॥
Once dried, it is ground into a fine powder again. One pāṇitala (one Karṣa or 12 grams) of this processed powder should then be consumed along with either whey (mastu), cow's urine (mūtra), the scum of wine (surā-maṇḍa), or the juices/decoctions of kola (Ziziphus mauritiana) and dhātrīphala (Emblica officinalis).
