Astanga Hrudaya
शुष्कं चूर्णं पुनः कृत्वा ततः पाणितलं पिबेत् । मस्तुमूत्रसुरामण्डकोलधात्रीफलाम्बुभिः ॥ ४० ॥
Once dried, it is ground into a fine powder again. One pāṇitala (one Karṣa or 12 grams) of this processed powder should then be consumed along with either whey (mastu), cow's urine (mūtra), the scum of wine (surā-maṇḍa), or the juices/decoctions of kola (Ziziphus mauritiana) and dhātrīphala (Emblica officinalis).
