These burrowers, when consumed, produce a good quality essence and urine, are heating, and maintain their original sweet taste. They alleviate Vata, and are beneficial for conditions of cough, breathlessness, and emaciation. They are also useful for alleviating Kapha and Pitta doshas and possess soothing properties.
