हृदि सम्मीलिते रात्रौ प्रसुप्तस्य विशेषतः | क्लिन्नविस्रस्तधातुत्वादजीर्णे न हितं दिवा ||५३१||

During the night, when the heart is closed and the person is asleep, due to the presence of damp and disturbed tissues, it is not beneficial to consume food if digestion is impaired during the day.

english translation

रात को, जब हृदय संलग्न होता है और व्यक्ति सो रहा होता है, तब गीले और विकृत धातुओं के कारण, दिन में अजीर्ण होने पर भोजन करना हितकारी नहीं होता है।

इमं विधिं योऽनुमतं महामुनेर्नृपर्षिमुख्यस्य पठेद्धि यत्नतः | स भूमिपालाय विधातुमौषधं महात्मनां चार्हति सूरिसत्तमः ||५३२||

One who carefully reads and follows this procedure, which was approved by the great sage and king, should know that it is worthy of the noble soul to administer this remedy for the king's health.

जो इस विधि को ध्यानपूर्वक पढ़े और अनुसरण करे, जो महान मुनि और नृपर्षि की स्वीकृति प्राप्त है, उसे ज्ञात होना चाहिए कि यह विधि राजा के स्वास्थ्य के लिए महात्माओं द्वारा प्रशंसित औषधि देने योग्य है।
