हृदि सम्मीलिते रात्रौ प्रसुप्तस्य विशेषतः | क्लिन्नविस्रस्तधातुत्वादजीर्णे न हितं दिवा ||५३१||

During the night, when the heart is closed and the person is asleep, due to the presence of damp and disturbed tissues, it is not beneficial to consume food if digestion is impaired during the day.

english translation

रात को, जब हृदय संलग्न होता है और व्यक्ति सो रहा होता है, तब गीले और विकृत धातुओं के कारण, दिन में अजीर्ण होने पर भोजन करना हितकारी नहीं होता है।
